Booking and Reservations
When you submit a booking inquiry through our website:
- Your inquiry is not a confirmed booking until you receive written confirmation from us
- Prices listed are in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- Full payment terms will be communicated upon booking confirmation
- Bookings are subject to availability and minimum participant requirements
- We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation terms apply as follows:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled experience receive full refunds
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled experience are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
- Weather-related cancellations initiated by us result in full refunds or rescheduling at no additional cost
- Medical emergencies with appropriate documentation may qualify for full refunds at our discretion
- Failure to appear for a scheduled experience without prior notice results in forfeiture of all fees
Participant Responsibilities
By participating in our experiences, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your fitness level and medical conditions
- Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
- Arrive with appropriate equipment as specified in pre-expedition briefings
- Respect environmental guidelines and leave-no-trace principles
- Behave respectfully toward guides, other participants, and the environment
- Accept that outdoor activities carry inherent risks
Health and Safety
Participants acknowledge that:
- Outdoor activities involve physical exertion and environmental exposure
- You are responsible for assessing your own physical condition and fitness for participation
- You should consult healthcare providers before undertaking physically demanding activities
- We provide safety equipment and briefings, but cannot eliminate all risks
- Guides have authority to modify routes or end expeditions for safety reasons
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in our experiences
- Participants assume all risks associated with outdoor activities
- We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service
