Weather policies
Expeditions proceed in light rain but may be rescheduled for severe weather, high winds, or conditions that compromise safety. We monitor forecasts and notify participants forty-eight hours before scheduled departures.
Group requirements
Most experiences require minimum participant numbers to proceed. If minimums are not met, we offer alternative dates or full refunds. Private group bookings guarantee departure regardless of participant count.
Cancellation terms
Cancellations made seven days or more before scheduled dates receive full refunds. Cancellations within seven days are subject to fifty percent fees unless weather-related or due to documented medical circumstances.
